Matthew McCluskey

Director of Impact and Measures

“I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo. "So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.” - J.R.R. Tolkien, The Fellowship of the Ring

Matthew McCluskey was born and raised in Fairview Park and graduated from Fairview High school and earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Baldwin Wallace University. Matthew has worked with the MyCom Youth Development Initiative since 2015 and now works full time for the Intermediary team as the Network Support Manager since 2018. Matthew’s work focuses on the continuous maintenance of the MyCom Network of lead agencies, partners, and Intermediary team members. Centering around fulfilling operational needs, communication processes and identifying potential risks that would impede MyCom’s mission of connecting the youth of Greater Cleveland to quality resources.

In his free time Matthew enjoys spending time with friends and family, play board games, watch movies, and runs through the Metroparks.
