Blair Wise

Blair Wise is a Shaker Heights alumnus and an avid community member dedicated to working with nonprofit agencies.  Blair earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master's in Social Work degree from Cleveland State University. She has worked for the past 11 years to enhance youth programming and empower youth with the knowledge of self, skill, and voice. She understands the importance of engaging young adults with their greater community. Blair’s role with our MyCom is focused on program management, youth employment and career pathways.

Before joining the MyCom Intermediary team, Blair served as the Director of Out of School Time Initiatives for Neighborhood Leadership Institute, where her responsibilities included recruitment, management, and support of site coordinators and activity providers for six locations across Cleveland.

In her spare time, Blair enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, listening to music, and thrifting.

MyCom will enact our mission with race and equality at the forefront of our work as we always have. We will use our thought-leadership, funding, advocacy, and network to redesign service delivery. Together we will rethink infrastructure and create solutions that eliminate access to healthcare, cyclical poverty, access to quality education, housing stability, and other barriers that have impacted black lives.
