MyCom Wisdom for Wednesday: Wisdom for Wednesday: Engaging & Managing Front Line Talent

June 29, 2022 @ 10:30 AM EDT

Today, many expanded learning programs for youth are faced with critical workforce challenges. Recruitment, hiring, and retaining staff has become more difficult as the world returns to a post-COVID market, especially for front line workers in youth development organizations.

MyCom, in collaboration with Eddie Moncayo, a Human Resources professional, is hosting a Wisdom for Wednesday seminar "Engaging Front Line Talent" on June 29, 2022 from 9:30am-11am ET focused on these challenging workforce times.

Similarly to youth programming workforce challenges, the healthcare industry has also faced numerous challenges in their front line worker efforts and beyond.

Our session will focus on the lessons learned, listen to the issues facing the MyCom Network organizations, and work towards practical approaches for success.

The session learning objectives are:

  1. How to find the right talent the first time
  2. The Taco Bell Effect - Engagement and Retention in a Challenging Labor Market
  3. Practical Diversity & Inclusion Strategies
