The objective of this training retreat is to examine the benefits of Mindfulness and engage in activities as practice to support the wellness and mental health of program staff serving our youth as Out-of-School Time Providers or in the Childcare setting. Join Connie for one or both sessions – part one (wellness for youth) on April 1 and part two (wellness for the provider) on April 30th.
